Welcome to SOAPOCALYPSE LLC. By using our laundry pickup and delivery services (“Services”), website, or contacting us via phone or email, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

SOAPOCALYPSE LLC provides laundry pickup, cleaning, folding, and delivery services within designated service areas. By scheduling a pickup, you agree to these terms.

2. Scheduling & Pickup

*All items must be securely bagged before pickup.

*Laundry should be placed at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.

*We reserve the right to reschedule pickups due to weather, emergencies, or capacity limits.

*A rescheduling fee of $5 may apply if no one is available for pickup or delivery and we have to return.

3. Delivery Policy

Next-day delivery applies to orders picked up before 1:00 PM. Orders picked up after that may take up to 48 hours.

Same-day delivery may be available for an additional charge at $12.99. Load must be picked up before 1 PM and will be delivered by 8pm

Delivery times are approximate. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

4. Pricing & Payment

*The minimum order amount is $24.99, which covers up to 12 lbs of laundry.

*Additional laundry is charged at $1.50 per pound beyond the minimum.

*Specialty items (e.g., polos, hats, bedding) are priced individually.See our services page for pricing.

*Payment is due before delivery. We accept cash, cards, and digital payments (Zelle, Venmo, PayPal).

*Unpaid invoices may result in delayed delivery and future service denial.

5. Custom Detergent & Special Care

We use our own eco-friendly, chemical-free detergent by default.

Customers may provide their own detergent if preferred.

Laundry is washed in bulk unless separate loads are requested ($8 per separate load).

6. Stains & Damage Disclaimer

While we do our best to remove stains, some may not come out completely.

We are not liable for:

*Pre-existing damage or wear.

*Fabric shrinkage or fading.

*Damage to items labeled "dry clean only"

Customers must report issues within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Loss or Damage

We take great care with your garments. However, in rare cases of loss or damage, our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service for that item. We are not responsible for items left in pockets or unclaimed items after 2 days.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be canceled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup.

Last-minute cancellations may incur a $5 fee

.Refunds are only issued in cases of service failure or billing errors.

9. Prohibited Items

We do not accept the following:

*Heavily soiled items (e.g., feces, vomit)

*Pet bedding or rugs

*Moldy or mildewed items

*Items infested with bed bugs or pests

*Hazardous materials

Any of the above may result in refusal of service and a sanitation fee

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy . We do not sell or share your information without consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOAPOCALYPSE LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles
