How does the laundry delivery service work?
A: It's simple! You schedule a pickup, we collect your laundry, clean it with care using our eco-friendly detergent, and deliver it fresh and folded right to your door.
When will my laundry be delivered?
Orders picked up before 1:00 PM are delivered the next day between 6–8 PM. Orders picked up after 1:00 PM are delivered within 48 hours. Same-day or express delivery is available for an extra fee.
Are your cleaning products environmentally friendly?
We use our custom-made, chemical-free detergent that’s safe for sensitive skin and free from harsh chemicals, dyes, and artificial fragrances.
Can I use my own detergent?
Yes! If you have allergies or preferences, you can provide your own detergent.
Do you separate loads?
Individual Laundry is washed in bulk unless separate loads are requested. There is an additional $8 charge for each separate load.
Can you remove tough stains from clothing?
We do our best, but not all stains are guaranteed to come out. Some deep stains or delicate fabrics may not be fully restorable.
What is the minimum order requirement?
The minimum order is $24.99, which covers up to 15 lbs of laundry.Any weight over 15 lbs is charged at $1.50 per pound.
Do you clean specialty items?
.Yes! We clean items like polos, hats, shoes, bedding, and tablecloths. Prices vary per item — check our service list or contact us for a custom quote
